Charles & Juniour Projects is a registered construction company based in Belvedere, Harare. We design, build and finish residential and commercial projects — with our own drawings, our own crews and hands-on supervision from start to handover.
Charles & Juniour Projects (Private) Limited is led by its directors — Mr C. Charles, R. Juniour and C. Maplan — who stay personally involved in every job we take on. From a single cottage to a multi-level development, the same standard applies: proper drawings, honest quotations, quality materials and workmanship we are happy to put our name to.
Before a single brick is laid, our draughting team prepares full architectural and structural drawings — floor plans, elevations and structural details ready for council submission. We also carry out site setting-out and levelling, so what is on paper is exactly what gets built.

Custom kitchens, built-in cupboards and joinery, finished with quality boards, stone tops and soft-close fittings.
Plastering and skimming, bulkhead and suspended ceilings with LED detail, and interior or exterior painting.
Interlocking pavers, kerbing and surfacing for driveways, walkways and yards — plus tennis court construction.
